| I. Background | |
| APOE 是一种胆固醇载体，参与脑内脂质运输和修复。APOE 是一种多态蛋白，具有 APOE4、APOE3 和 APOE2 三种异构体，它们之间存在两个氨基酸替换（分别为 Arg/Arg、 Cys/Arg 和 Cys/Cys），导致三级结构不同，并可能改变 APOE 的功能。尽管异构体之间存 在相似性，但它们在发生 AD 的风险方面存在重大差异，其中 APOE4 是 AD 发生的强烈危 险因素。APOE3 是最常见的亚型，不影响患 AD 的风险，而 APOE2 与患 AD 的风险降低有关。 | |
