| 1.检测试剂的准备 | ||||
| 使用前底物和细胞裂解液在4 ℃或室温下溶解。开盖前建议离心，集中液体到瓶底。按照1:50的体积比将组分B加入到组分A中，充分混匀配置所需量的检测试剂。 | ||||
| 2.萤火虫萤光素酶的检测 | ||||
| ·检测试剂和测试细胞样本平衡至室温。 | ||||
| ·向测试细胞样本中加入等体积的检测试剂。 | ||||
| 96孔板检测体系，100μL培养基中加入100μL检测试剂。 | ||||
| ·在测量前1200转震荡5分钟，充分震荡会使效果更好。 | ||||
